ROE #1 educator and Director of Lead Hub, Dr. Michaela Fray-Tappe was featured on the panel - Developing Effective Illinois Principals: What Kind of Learning Matters with Dr. Linda Darling-Hammond.  The panelists engaged in discussions about what the research says it takes to provide a quality principal preparation experience and how we can ensure that all principals have the knowledge and skills to support the needs of each and every learner. ROE #1 has been actively engaged in partnering with school leaders to provide services that promote high-quality learning and development, customized support, and coaching, and intentional networking.
