We all have cultural expectations and biases on worldviews and life experiences. Through open dialogue and personal reflection, we will define key terms such as microaggressions, prejudice, and bias. Together, we will deconstruct root causes, intent, and perceptions of microaggressions. Practical strategies will be shared to change the narrative of minoritized students, and tools will be presented to facilitate self-auditing and professional growth.
