TEAACH Act/Asian American History Professional Development

In April 2021, the TEAACH act amended the Illinois School Code. This act ensures that the contributions of Asian Americans are taught to elementary and high school students. This act went into effect this school year.

These free sessions provide the resources and knowledge educators need to teach about the contributions of the Asian American community in our state and country.

Illinois professional development hours will be given for participation in these sessions.
